It is a legion token farming pet you can get with legion tokens. You should save up 2000 legion tokens using dreadrock and then get that pet. Once you get it, you then have access to 2 new farming quests for legion tokens. One that rewards 20 legion tokens and one that rewards 50. With the pet you would have a much easier time farming the tokens.
